Those of you familiar with Beetlejuice (which should be mandatory in our school system), you will enjoy the writers of NBC's show Community. They recently finished a non-shalont bit that took three seasons to complete. The pay off was an Easter Egg that would make any Tim Burton fanatic wave their scissor hands with joy.
Each season the word "Beetlejuice" was thrown into a random conversation. Anyone who took time to read their handbook would know that to make Beetlejuice appear his name must be said three times. So, after his name made the conversation for the third time this season, Beetlejuice walked through the background. Brilliant.
Not a big fan of Community but they deserve a standing ovation for this three season gag.
